in this video i will show you how to install android on HTC HD2 or any WINDOWS PHONES easily . all you need is download this file and save it to your desktop directly .

then after u finish downloading . extract the zip file that u just download on your desktop then .
plug your phone to your computer and make sure that the phone is connected and its mount so you will be able to transfer the file that you just extract to your SD card .
make sure u transfer the extract file not the zip file .
cause that will never work on some phones.
after u finish the transfer the extract file , unplug your phone from your computer
then here the best part . now do this :
go to your setting .
go all the way down to your file explorer .
then go to your storage card and open it .
you will see android file that you transferred . open it .
then you will see the CLRCAD file hit it . the hit yes i will not do nothing , it just prepare the file to be installed .
now hit the HARET file and let do it thing . now you will be rebooting , don't do anything it will be installing the android system on your phone . let it run and you can go get a coffee or donut or something until it finish cause it will take up to 10 minutes . and you will see the green HTC logo . after that u will see the original HTC quietly brilliant logo , wait and you should be running andorid software on your device . and if you want to boot back to your original windows software u can just restart the device and u will be back to windows ,
